القانون العام للمدرّبين المعتمدين من ساينز بورد 

Sciences International Board – Germany     

المقدمة

يُعدّ Sciences International Board – Germany جهة تدريبية احترافية تعمل وفق معايير دولية في إعداد وصناعة المدربين في مجالات التنمية المستدامة، التدريب المهاراتي، وتنمية القدرات البشرية.

وبعد إتمام البرنامج التدريبي الذي يشمل ست حقائب أساسية (تنظيم الوقت، الثقة بالنفس، فن الإلقاء، لغة الجسد، مهارات التواصل، إعداد الحقائب التدريبية وبرامج العرض)، يتم تقييم المتدرّب من خلال عرض تدريبي عملي يحدد أهليته للحصول على لقب مدرّب معتمد.

وبمجرد تخرّج المتدرّب، يحق له اختيار مساره التدريبي المهني، سواء بالبقاء مدرّباً معتمداً لدى Sciences International Board أو الحصول على شهادة المدرب دون الارتباط بالبورد.

وانطلاقاً من حرص Sciences International Board – Germany على ضمان جودة التدريب، تُعتمد الشروط والقواعد التالية:

 

الفصل الأول: أحكام عامة

المادة 1 – تعريف المدرب المعتمد

المدرب المعتمد هو كل شخص اجتاز بنجاح البرنامج التدريبي المقدم من Sciences International Board – Germany واستوفى متطلبات التقييم النهائية.

المادة 2 – نطاق التطبيق

تسري هذه القواعد على جميع المدربين الذين يختارون الاستمرار ضمن منظومة التدريب التابعة لـ Sciences International Board – Germany.

المادة 3 – حرية الاختيار

بعد التخرّج، للمدرب الحق في:

1. البقاء مدرباً معتمداً لدى Sciences International Board.
2. المغادرة والعمل كمدرب مستقل أو لدى أي مؤسسة أخرى دون ارتباط بالبورد.

 

الفصل الثاني: الالتزامات والمعايير .

المادة 4 – الالتزام بالمعايير التدريبية

يلتزم المدرب المعتمد بتقديم جميع الدورات التدريبية استناداً إلى:

• قواعد ومنهجيات التدريب المعمول بها في البورد.
• المحتوى العلمي والتقني المعتمد في الحقائب التدريبية الرسمية.

المادة 5 – جودة الأداء

يجب على المدرب المحافظة على مستوى مهني يليق بالاعتماد، وذلك من خلال:

1. الالتزام بأخلاقيات التدريب والسلوك المهني.
2. استخدام أساليب تدريبية فعّالة وواضحة.
3. الالتزام بالدقة، والوضوح، واحترام المتدربين.
4. تقديم محتوى أصيل وعدم نسخ أو استخدام مواد غير مرخّصة.

المادة 6 – استخدام الهوية والشعار

يسمح للمدرب المعتمد باستخدام:

• شعار Sciences International Board – Germany
• لقب “مدرب معتمد من Sciences International Board“
  وذلك في الدورات والورش والفعاليات ذات العلاقة، بشرط الالتزام بالمعايير وعدم تشويه السمعة المؤسسية للبورد.

المادة 7 – الاعتماد الرسمي للدورات

تُعتمد الدورات التي يقدّمها المدرب فقط إذا:

1. كانت وفق معايير البورد.
2. تم التنسيق أو الإبلاغ الرسمي عند الحاجة.
3. استخدمت الحقائب التدريبية المعتمدة أو نُسخاً مطوّرة بموافقة البورد.

 

الفصل الثالث: حقوق المدرب

المادة 8 – حقوق المدرب المعتمد

يحق للمدرب المعتمد:

1. الحصول على شهادة اعتماد رسمية سارية.
2. تقديم دورات داخل ألمانيا أو خارجها بالشراكة مع البورد.
3. إدراجه ضمن قائمة المدربين المعتمدين لدى البورد.
4. المشاركة في برامج تدريبية متقدمة مستقبلاً.

المادة 9 – إنهاء الاعتماد

يجوز للمدرب إنهاء اعتماده في أي وقت من خلال إخطار خطي دون أي التزامات إضافية تجاه البورد.

 

الفصل الرابع: أحكام وأنظمة عامة

المادة 10 – إلغاء الاعتماد

يلغى اعتماد المدرب إذا:

1. خالف المعايير المهنية أو الأخلاقية.
2. قدم تدريبات مضللة أو غير صحيحة باسم البورد.
3. استخدم الشهادات أو الشعارات في غير محلها.

المادة 11 – أحكام نهائية

1. يحتفظ Sciences International Board – Germany بحق تحديث هذا القانون وفق الحاجة.
2. يعمل بهذا القانون من تاريخ اعتماده وإصداره.
3. يُسلّم نسخة رسمية لكل مدرب معتمد.

General Regulation for Certified Trainers

Sciences International Board – Germany 

Introduction

Sciences International Board – Germany is a professional training body operating under international standards in preparing and developing trainers in the fields of sustainable development, skill-based training, and human capacity building.
Upon completing the training program, which includes six essential training modules (Time Management, Self-Confidence, Public Speaking, Body Language, Communication Skills, and Training Package & Presentation Design), the trainee undergoes a practical training presentation to assess eligibility for obtaining the title of Certified Trainer.

After graduation, the trainee has the right to choose their professional career path, either by remaining a certified trainer under the Sciences International Board or by receiving the certification without being affiliated with the Board.

In line with the commitment of Sciences International Board – Germany to ensuring the highest quality of training, the following rules and standards are hereby adopted:

Chapter One: General Provisions

Article 1 – Definition of a Certified Trainer

A certified trainer is any individual who has successfully completed the training program provided by Sciences International Board – Germany and met all final evaluation requirements.

Article 2 – Scope of Application

These regulations apply to all trainers who choose to remain within the training framework of Sciences International Board – Germany.

Article 3 – Freedom of Choice

Upon graduation, the trainer has the right to:

1. Remain a certified trainer under the Sciences International Board.
2. Leave and work independently or with any other institution without affiliation to the Board.

Chapter Two: Obligations and Standards

Article 4 – Commitment to Training Standards

The certified trainer is required to deliver all training programs based on:

• The training methodologies and standards adopted by the Board.
• The scientific and technical content approved in the official training modules.

Article 5 – Quality of Performance

The trainer must maintain a professional level befitting certification by:

1. Adhering to training ethics and professional conduct.
2. Using effective and clear training methods.
3. Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and respect toward trainees.
4. Presenting original content and avoiding any copied or unauthorized materials.

Article 6 – Use of Identity and Logo

The certified trainer is permitted to use:

• The official logo of Sciences International Board – Germany
• The title “Certified Trainer by Sciences International Board”
  in training courses, workshops, and related events, provided the trainer adheres to all standards and does not harm or misuse the Board’s institutional reputation.

Article 7 – Official Course Accreditation

Training courses delivered by the trainer shall be accredited only if:

1. They comply with the Board’s standards.
2. Coordination or official notification is submitted when required.
3. The trainer uses officially approved training modules or updated versions authorized by the Board.

Chapter Three: Trainer Rights

Article 8 – Rights of the Certified Trainer

A certified trainer has the right to:

1. Receive a valid official certification.
2. Deliver training in partnership with the Board.
3. Be listed among the Board’s certified trainers.
4. Participate in advanced training programs in the future.

Article 9 – Termination of Certification

The trainer may terminate their certification at any time through a written notification, without any additional obligations toward the Board.

Chapter Four: General Rules and Provisions

Article 10 – Revocation of Certification

The trainer’s certification shall be revoked if:

1. They violate professional or ethical standards.
2. They deliver misleading or inaccurate training under the Board’s name.
3. They misuse the Board’s certificates, titles, or logos.

Article 11 – Final Provisions

1. Sciences International Board – Germany reserves the right to update these regulations as necessary.
2. These regulations take effect from the date of their approval and issuance.
3. An official copy shall be provided to each certified trainer.
