General Regulation for Certified Trainers
Sciences International Board – Germany
Introduction
Sciences International Board – Germany is a professional training body operating under international standards in preparing and developing trainers in the fields of sustainable development, skill-based training, and human capacity building.
Upon completing the training program, which includes six essential training modules (Time Management, Self-Confidence, Public Speaking, Body Language, Communication Skills, and Training Package & Presentation Design), the trainee undergoes a practical training presentation to assess eligibility for obtaining the title of Certified Trainer.
After graduation, the trainee has the right to choose their professional career path, either by remaining a certified trainer under the Sciences International Board or by receiving the certification without being affiliated with the Board.
In line with the commitment of Sciences International Board – Germany to ensuring the highest quality of training, the following rules and standards are hereby adopted:
Chapter One: General Provisions
Article 1 – Definition of a Certified Trainer
A certified trainer is any individual who has successfully completed the training program provided by Sciences International Board – Germany and met all final evaluation requirements.
Article 2 – Scope of Application
These regulations apply to all trainers who choose to remain within the training framework of Sciences International Board – Germany.
Article 3 – Freedom of Choice
Upon graduation, the trainer has the right to:
- Remain a certified trainer under the Sciences International Board.
- Leave and work independently or with any other institution without affiliation to the Board.
Article 4 – Commitment to Training Standards
The certified trainer is required to deliver all training programs based on:
- The training methodologies and standards adopted by the Board.
- The scientific and technical content approved in the official training modules.
Article 5 – Quality of Performance
The trainer must maintain a professional level befitting certification by:
- Adhering to training ethics and professional conduct.
- Using effective and clear training methods.
- Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and respect toward trainees.
- Presenting original content and avoiding any copied or unauthorized materials.
Article 6 – Use of Identity and Logo
The certified trainer is permitted to use:
- The official logo of Sciences International Board – Germany
- The title “Certified Trainer by Sciences International Board”
in training courses, workshops, and related events, provided the trainer adheres to all standards and does not harm or misuse the Board’s institutional reputation.
Article 7 – Official Course Accreditation
Training courses delivered by the trainer shall be accredited only if:
- They comply with the Board’s standards.
- Coordination or official notification is submitted when required.
- The trainer uses officially approved training modules or updated versions authorized by the Board.
Article 8 – Rights of the Certified Trainer
A certified trainer has the right to:
- Receive a valid official certification.
- Deliver training in partnership with the Board.
- Be listed among the Board’s certified trainers.
- Participate in advanced training programs in the future.
Article 9 – Termination of Certification
The trainer may terminate their certification at any time through a written notification, without any additional obligations toward the Board.
Chapter Four: General Rules and Provisions
Article 10 – Revocation of Certification
The trainer’s certification shall be revoked if:
- They violate professional or ethical standards.
- They deliver misleading or inaccurate training under the Board’s name.
- They misuse the Board’s certificates, titles, or logos.
Article 11 – Final Provisions
- Sciences International Board – Germany reserves the right to update these regulations as necessary.
- These regulations take effect from the date of their approval and issuance.
- An official copy shall be provided to each certified trainer.
